Sales Development Representative | German speaking | Europe - Remote

We were founded end of 2019 and currently:

Your main goal will be to generate pipeline for the DACH market and shape our SDR playbook as we scale. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business. You’ll connect with prospects across industries and regions, helping them discover the value of n8n.

To do so, here are your key responsibilities:

1- Engage with prospects

Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions (50% of leads are already product-qualified!)

2- Build pipeline with outbound efforts

Create our first outbound campaigns to target strategic accounts
Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects

3- Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM
Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement

4- Collaboration with the sales team

Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
‍ ‍ Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise

Requirements

Must-have

Fluent in German: C1 or higher (native or bilingual speaker)

Experience in a B2B SaaS environment: You have experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups.

First experience as an SDR or BDR : You are familiar with sales frameworks and methodologies.

Strong communication skills: You’re known for your ability to engage with prospects on calls and you can articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience

Technical curiosity: You love learning about automation and can engage in product-related discussions.

Drive to exceed targets: You are goal-oriented, resilient, and love the challenge of overachieving.

Nice-to-have

Early-stage startup experience: You’ve been a part of teams that built sales functions from the ground up.

Familiarity with workflow automation tools: You understand the power of automation and its use cases.

Interest in AI and integrations: You’re curious about how AI can enhance workflows and processes.
