Responsibilities As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat - Providing accurate information about the products and services via online chat - Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments - Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review - Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review - Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong ability to multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are also essential.
