Â Â The Company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with a focus on delivering a world-class employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with Group Leads to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support on a range of employee relations issues. This role involves working closely with Group Leads to define and implement a business-focused people strategy, as well as supporting the local delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Building effective relationships with the operational and leadership team, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the implementation of people policies and processes are also key responsibilities. The Senior HR Business Partner will be expected to have a passion for the role, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Applicants for the Senior HR Business Partner position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a global, high-growth organization. The role requires the ability to design and implement innovative solutions to real people problems, as well as a commitment to driving high training standards and supporting the learning and development agenda. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing people trends and metrics, and will be proactive in identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration with the wider people and talent function to share best practices and support HR and talent initiatives is also a key requirement. The role is suited to an individual who is proactive, able to provide timely and accurate responses to business issues, and is committed to the continuous improvement of work relationships, morale, and productivity.
