We are seeking qualified U.S. trademark and design patent attorneys or agents or generalist attorneys to join a growing network supporting one of the world’s largest trademark and design filers, responsible for over 3,000 new US filings per month.

About the Role:
You will act as the U.S. representative for trademark and/or design patent applications being filed via a proprietary platform. All substantive work (drafting, client instructions, etc.) is handled by the originating agency and reviewed in advance.
Key Features:
$30 USD per filing – flat rate
No docketing, reporting, or client communication required
Filings are made automatically via API to the USPTO
Your role is simply to review and approve filings, which takes approx. 1 minute per case
Full onboarding and support provided
Flexible volume – take on as many filings as you wish
Realistic expectation: 100 filings/month = $3,000 for ~5 mins/day
Requirements:
Must be a U.S.-licensed attorney or agent authorized to practice before the USPTO
Must be eligible to represent clients in trademark and/or design patent matters before the USPTO
No specialist experience in trademarks/designs is necessary – this is a procedural role
Reliability and responsiveness are essential
