Core Responsibilities
Program Design & Launch
- Develop and refine comprehensive playbooks that translate Airbnb’s central framework into region‑specific strategies.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and education initiatives for new co‑hosts, ensuring a seamless entry experience.
- Analyze regional market trends and performance data to uncover scalable growth levers.
- Pilot, test, and iterate on innovative tactics—such as targeted email sequences, webinars, and partnership programs—that accelerate co‑host acquisition and retention.
- Maintain a vibrant community forum that fosters real‑time feedback, peer‑to‑peer learning, and product advocacy.

Co‑Host Community Management
- Design and execute multi‑channel communication campaigns (email, in‑app messages, social) that support the entire co‑host lifecycle—from onboarding to advanced growth stages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for co‑hosts, providing strategic guidance, troubleshooting, and performance coaching.
- Establish sentiment‑tracking mechanisms, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable product enhancements.
- Identify and champion opportunities that boost co‑host success, such as tool integrations, training modules, and incentive programs.
Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive revenue and host‑growth OKRs for the North American co‑hosting marketplace.
- Conceptualize, launch, and evaluate new initiatives that expand supply, improve occupancy, and increase average booking value.
- Utilize forecasting models, capacity‑planning tools, and data‑visualization techniques to predict outcomes and inform decision‑making.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with broader Airbnb objectives.
Change Management & Thought Leadership
- Act as an internal change agent, applying proven change‑management methodologies to roll out new processes and programs.
- Develop high‑impact communication assets—playbooks, FAQs, video tutorials, and community newsletters—to keep stakeholders informed and motivated.
- Become the go‑to expert on geographic market dynamics, sharing local insights with product, marketing, and ops teams worldwide.
- Support both virtual and in‑person community events, ranging from webinars and meet‑ups to regional workshops.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business operations, or business development within technology, real‑estate/property‑management, or travel sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to set, own, and exceed growth‑oriented OKRs, with a track record of delivering measurable revenue impact.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—resourceful, goal‑driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
