[Remote] Senior Associate Auditor

Mission Staffing is representing a well-established professional services firm seeking an experienced Audit Senior to support a growing portfolio of client engagements. This role involves leading client engagements, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality delivery of audit materials. Responsibilities • Serve as the engagement lead on assigned client accounts, overseeing planning, execution, and final deliverables • Develop detailed engagement work plans, including budgets, timelines, and staffing needs • Manage, coach, and mentor staff associates and interns, providing ongoing performance feedback and skill development • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and effective leadership • Collaborate with audit, tax, and advisory teams and participate in proposal and business development efforts • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all engagement materials Skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required • 4+ years of experience within a public accounting firm • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment • CPA designation strongly preferred • Financial Services industry experience preferred, but not required • Familiarity with audit software (ProSystem Fx a plus) Company Overview • Mission Staffing is a finance and recruiting company located in New York.
