Salesforce Staffing, LLC is a growing Salesforce Summit Partner focused exclusively on the nonprofit space, seeking a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant. The role involves designing and building solutions for nonprofit clients using Salesforce technologies, including Flow and NPSP, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Translate nonprofit business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Build and maintain Flows and automations
• Configure NPSP and/or Nonprofit Cloud
• Support program management and case management use cases
• Run or support discovery and solution design with clients
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Build reports and dashboards for fundraising and impact tracking
• Test and document solutions before delivery
• Collaborate on scope, timelines, and resource planning
• Support occasional pre-sales conversations
Skills
• 2+ years at a Salesforce Partner or SI (this is required)
• Salesforce experience in the nonprofit sector
• Strong Flow experience (you've built real automations)
• Experience working from requirements to configuration
• Solid knowledge of NPSP
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Exposure to Nonprofit Cloud is a plus
• Consulting experience preferred
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
