Responsibilities
- Work with leads generated by the company to engage prospects actively shopping for insurance
- Uncover prospects’ needs and provide guidance on different insurance solutions available
- Utilize products from over 70 insurance companies and a streamlined sales process for efficiency
- Build relationships and help clients choose the right coverages for them
- Sell consultatively by listening, asking questions, and recommending fitting coverage solutions
- Turn objections into opportunities and confidently close sales
- Maintain accuracy while working quickly across multiple systems and keeping clients engaged
- Take ownership of performance and uphold high standards of accountability
- Operate with integrity in every interaction with clients, teammates, and carriers
- Adhere to underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements
- Stay informed about products, industry trends, and market conditions to provide clients with insights
Skills
- You've worked as a Personal Lines Sales Broker at an insurance brokerage for at least one year
- You have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products
- You have your RIBO licence
