About the Role
SAPS LLC is hiring Retention Specialists to join our remote call center team.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to reduce cancellations, improve satisfaction, and retain customers throughout their journey.
What You’ll Do
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve cancellation requests with tailored solutions
• Assist clients based on needs
• Manage scheduling and case tracking
Minimum Requirements
• Experience in retention, customer service, or call center roles
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to de-escalate and retain dissatisfied customers
• Comfortable handling high call volume
