About the Recruiter position We are looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. We deal in the trucking industry and hire Class A CDL drivers in all 48 states. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. • This is a 1099 commission based position - you will only be paid once your driver is hired! We do have a few recruiters who work full-time, but we are typically looking for part-time recruiters who are looking for supplemental income. Recruiter Position responsibilities: • Creating new recruiting strategies • Contacting CDL driver leads (we provide the leads!) • Explaining the open position to the driver in detail • Sending applications and ensuring the driver completes it • Following up with drivers as they are processed and onboarded • Promoting the company on a wide basis Recruiter requirements: • Experience as a Recruiter is a plus but not required • Excellent analytical skills • Professional Voice • Confidence speaking on the phone • Organization and knowledge of Google Sheets • Effective communication skills • Access to internet, cell phone and laptop • Must be able to work independently Schedule, Pay, and Perks: • 1099 Position (no taxes withheld) • Direct Pay • $500-$700 Per Hired Driver • Work your own hours!
