We are hiring a remote recruiter to conduct group interviews via Zoom and move qualified candidates through the hiring process. This role requires a strong on-camera presence, clear communication, and the ability to confidently lead structured group interviews.
You will run 4 group interviews per day, document outcomes, and initiate offers for approved candidates.
Responsibilities
• Host and lead group interviews on Zoom (4 per day)
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with candidates
• Keep interviews structured, efficient, and on schedule
• Evaluate candidates based on provided criteria
• Complete post-interview reports
• Identify top candidates and initiate offers
• Follow up with candidates as needed
• Maintain accurate interview and hiring records
Requirements
• Native-level English fluency
• Clear, neutral accent with excellent pronunciation
• Prior recruiting, interviewing, or hiring experience (preferred)
• Comfortable leading group calls and speaking on camera
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Reliable internet connection and professional Zoom setup
• Ability to follow a defined interview and reporting process
Nice to Have
• Experience conducting group interviews or high-volume hiring
• Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems
• Background in recruiting, HR, or candidate screening
Compensation
• $20/hour
• Consistent daily interview schedule
