Remote Recruiter for US 1099 on-call contractors

What You’ll Do • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles • Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.) • Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews • Keep Workable updated and organized daily • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week • Provide a positive and timely candidate experience • Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies Requirements • 2+ year of recruiting experience with U.S.-based roles.
