Iopa Solutions is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead complex client implementations for alternative investment firms. The role involves managing end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for alternative investment clients, ensuring timely delivery, scope management, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients, product, engineering, and client success teams to define requirements, configure solutions, and manage go-live.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Provide clear status updates, reports, and communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate post-implementation support and handover to Client Success teams.
Skills
• Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects within alternative investment firms (private equity, hedge funds, family offices, or fund administration).
• Strong understanding of investment workflows, fund operations, and alternative investment data structures.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in the USA, remote work eligible, with flexibility across US time zones.
