Part-time position available for a licensed Physical Therapist providing telehealth and in-school services within K-12 educational settings. This role involves supporting students across two schools, serving children in kindergarten through 6th grade at one location and kindergarten through 8th grade at the other.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver physical therapy services using telehealth platforms and on-site visits.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes consistent with school district and licensing requirements.
• Participate in meetings or consultations as needed to coordinate care.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience or training in school-based therapy.
• Proficient in telehealth service delivery and technology.
• Comfortable working with children in elementary and middle school age ranges.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to provide services a few hours per month at each school location.
