Remote Part-Time Recruiter

About the Role: ClassOver is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our team! Your main responsibility will be to recruit and onboard qualified teachers to meet our hiring goals. This is a flexible position, and you can create your own schedule as long as tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and source talented teachers using Indeed platforms. • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet our qualifications. • Schedule and coordinate interviews and demo lessons. • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. • Meet the target of signing 15 teachers per month. Requirements: • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not required. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms.
