Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Workwarp, a global leader in e-commerce. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing online merchandise data to inform business decisions and drive growth. This is a 12-month contract position with the opportunity to work fully remote (must live in EST) and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and manipulate data from multiple sources and tools
- Analyze, cleanse, and organize data to extract insights and trends
- Utilize SQL to query and extract data as needed
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform product strategies
- Visualize and report solutions and performance using tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, IF-THEN, and Pivot Tables
- SQL expertise, including ability to query and write from scratch
- Experience with web analytics, online merchandise analysis, or product/pricing analysis
- Exposure to data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to take ownership of work
