Responsibilities
• Originate mortgage loans and guide clients through the process
• Build strong relationships with Realtors and referral partners
• Use our systems and support to close loans in 15–21 days
• Participate in coaching, mentorship, and weekly accountability check-ins
• Deliver a high-trust, white-glove experience to every client
Skills
• Active NMLS license (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
