As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring job progress, ensuring quality assurance, and troubleshooting issues with our transcription application. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor QA jobs for accuracy, ensuring high-quality patient records and adherence to medicolegal standards.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the medicolegal implications and responsibilities related to transcription, protecting patient confidentiality and facility integrity.
- Operate designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment as directed to complete assignments efficiently.
- Assist and troubleshoot issues with the Transcription Application for providers, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our transcription team.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma; an associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Medical Transcription or knowledge of electronic medical records; previous experience in a medical transcription setting is highly valued.
