Join our team!
Have you ever wanted to be a therapist who can work from anywhere in the world, see clients on your schedule and be compensated well for your time and skills?
Hybrid Counseling is a Minnesota-based mental and chemical health practice providing telehealth services since 2014 — long before virtual care became the norm. Our multidisciplinary team includes therapists, LADCs, psychiatric prescribers, and outpatient treatment professionals serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
We are currently seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing team. We have an active waitlist, and incoming clinicians can expect support in building a caseload quickly.
This position is ideal for clinicians who want flexibility, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus fully on client care.
Position Overview
The clinician will provide individual therapy and may also complete diagnostic assessments depending on interest and credentials. Many of the clients we serve have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, so experience working with dual-diagnosis populations is a bonus.
Clinicians may also have the opportunity to provide services within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or 245G outpatient programming, if qualified.

• Fully remote telehealth position (hybrid optional if desired)
• Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time)
