Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general accounting functions. • Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance to execute year-end bonus strategies and support growth initiatives. • Facilitate day-to-day financial operations to ensure precision and efficiency. Required Skills • Proficiency in accounting tools such as Great Plains, Paramount, Workday, and Adaptive Insights. • Strong analytical capabilities, enabling effective navigation of complex financial scenarios and robust problem-solving. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential. • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
