As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping patients and their families understand their medical bills and providing them with options to resolve their account balances. You'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, using your excellent communication skills, empathy, and computer proficiency to deliver outstanding customer service.
