Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled part-time Education Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this flexible remote position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent to support our mission of empowering students through personalized educational solutions. Key Responsibilities • Cultivate a diverse talent pool tailored to specific educational teams, utilizing a range of sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber candidates. • Review applications, conduct initial Zoom interviews, and prepare comprehensive candidate evaluations. • Oversee the candidate pipeline management within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide insightful feedback on the hiring process. • Craft compelling job postings aimed at attracting qualified candidates. • Bring your expertise in the education sector to identify ideal instructors and administrators who align with our values and goals. • Work closely with the Director of Human Resources to effectively understand and fulfill hiring requirements. • Maintain a commitment to working up to 20 hours weekly while enjoying the flexibility to create your own schedule. Required Skills • Proven ability to develop a diverse talent pipeline. • Expertise in passive sourcing techniques and tools for identifying top talent. • Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to work. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software and Google Workspace. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree. • Minimum of one year of experience in the education sector. • At least three years of recruiting experience. • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
