POSITION INFORMATION: BASIC DETAILS  *This is a temporary placement position with potential to become permanent*   Travel Requirement: No Teleworking: Yes Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time FLSA Status: Nonexempt – Hourly Pay Range: $23.oo / hour Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.    POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS   Job Summary: The Deployments Specialist will be primarily responsible for scheduling and coordinating training courses and start dates for new hires across multiple programs and verticals.  Additional duties include ensuring all personnel have appropriate visa and travel documents, maintaining and tracking employee status changes; and preparing supporting documentation for Letters of Authorization and Common Access Cards  Duties/Responsibilities:  - Schedule & coordinate CONUS and OCONUS training courses, including annual refresher training, roll call training, and any required in-service training performed at the TO place of performance - Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of personally identifiable information (PII) and biographical information (bio) documents prior to training and/or employment   - Review and submit PII and other required documents in the USG database for review and processing  - Facilitate personnel pre-deployment by responding to recruitment needs, ensuring candidates meet bio requirements, and communicating current bio status, as appropriate - Update records in USG database and other Government and GWFS systems as appropriate, and as needed facilitate training records, credentialing records, PII updates, and event records - Maintain records for each assigned TO, working with TO personnel to ensure that all records and deliverables are accurate and completed on time, in accordance with contract and TO requirements - Develop and submit reports to the LPM on the status of the training program - Track and update personnel deployment records  - Prepare visa applications and submit personnel credentials to various Ministries of Foreign Affairs  - Request Letters of Authorization and Common Access Cards for deploying personnel  - Coordinate travel to CONUS and OCONUS contract and training sites Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree  - 0-3 years of experience performing administrative, data entry, QA/QC, records management, and information systems duties - Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel & SharePoint) - Professionalism & Organizational Skills  - Team Player  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  Work Environment: Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.   Physical Requirements: Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies.
