Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Waco Tribune-Herald is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Data Entry Clerk. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the office environment by performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing critical support to all departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize filing systems and records, both physical and electronic
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support other administrative tasks as required
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time (Optional)
- Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Pay level dependent on candidate's relevant experience/training and work performance.)
- Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
