Insight Global, a leading provider of staffing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Data Entry and IT Help Desk Specialist to join one of our esteemed healthcare clients in Orange County, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to work remotely and contribute to the success of our client's operations. As a Remote Data Entry and IT Help Desk Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our client's customers, processing claims, and ensuring seamless account creation.

Job Overview

In this contract position, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets. Our client utilizes ServiceNow and CyberArk for account creation, and you will be expected to manage a minimum of 10 tickets per day. Additionally, you will be responsible for helping to clear the backlog and process new tickets that come through. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm. During the initial three weeks of the assignment, you will undergo comprehensive training, which will start at 6am daily.
