Job Overview

In this contract position, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets. Our client utilizes ServiceNow and CyberArk for account creation, and you will be expected to manage a minimum of 10 tickets per day. Additionally, you will be responsible for helping to clear the backlog and process new tickets that come through. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm. During the initial three weeks of the assignment, you will undergo comprehensive training, which will start at 6am daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Account creation and management using ServiceNow and CyberArk
• Claims online portal registration and ticket processing
• Providing exceptional customer service and IT help desk support to our client's customers
• Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day and contributing to the clearance of the backlog
• Processing new tickets and ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and resolve complex issues

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years of account creation experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• 2+ years of customer service and IT help desk experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support
