CAM is hiring a Customer Success Associate (Growth) to support client relationships and drive expansion through demos, follow-ups, and upsells. This early-career role is designed for individuals with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to grow into a client-facing, revenue-focused position.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of existing client relationships
- Run product demos for smaller deals and qualified prospects
- Follow up with inbound and intent-driven leads
- Identify upsell opportunities within active accounts
- Keep notes, pipelines, and follow-ups organized
- Learn how to manage accounts and drive revenue over time
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or similar
- Early in your career and looking to grow into a revenue-facing role
- Comfortable speaking with clients (or eager to get better at it)
- Organized, responsive, and willing to learn quickly
- Proactive, but still coachable
