Key Responsibilities:

• Review images sent by our cleaning teams to identify and document damages
• Prepare and submit claims directly on Airbnb and Booking.com platforms
• Track and report on damage claims on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient claims processing

Requirements:

• Experience with Airbnb and Booking.com is essential
• Proven track record in writing claims and negotiating with platforms
