They are seeking a Chief Legal Officer to manage their legal and regulatory agenda, ensuring effective navigation of complex regulatory environments while being part of the leadership team.

Skills
• At least 10 years of post qualification legal experience, qualification in a common law system strongly preferred
• Former CLO or GC experience is strongly preferred
• Experience working in or with firms conducting regulated activities, including engaging directly with the regulators
• Legal experience with international capital markets: securities, derivatives, financial services
• Experience in international corporate structuring: corporate contracts, taxation, employment
• Specific experience with digital assets regulation is welcome
• Full relocation to Gibraltar, or at least 50% of your work time spent in Gibraltar
