About the Role
We’re hiring experienced Remote Call Center Crew Members with a background in the solar industry to support our U.S.-based sales operations. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting for solar consultations. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S.-based homeowners for solar appointments
Qualify leads and book consultations
Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
Accurately update call outcomes in CRM
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Maintain a professional and friendly phone presence
✅ Qualifications (Required)
Proven Solar Call Center experience
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Clear, neutral accent preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Ability to work U.S. business hours (PST)
Comfortable with performance-based goals
