Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sensera Systems is looking for a hungry Business Development Representative to build their outbound sales motion from the ground up. This role is focused on sourcing pipeline and generating Sales Accepted Opportunities through targeted outreach and lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Prospect: Identify and research high-potential accounts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify: Lead qualification calls to validate needs (budget, authority, timeline) before handing off to an Account Executive
- Build: Partner with sales leadership and marketing to document best practices
- Clean: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce)
Skills

- Comfortable with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- 1+ year of prior SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS or the construction industry
