The role involves organizing and allocating resources for projects, analyzing data trends, and providing support for project management.
Responsibilities
- Assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately within the resource management system
- Responsible for a variety of weekly reports on timesheets and productivity
- Clearly communicate policies and procedures as they relate to Team Design and reporting
- Understand utilization trends and forecasts and help the Team Design Team analyze this data
- Maintain and provide information about current projects and potential future projects
- Support the team and department with any special projects that come up
Skills
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment, or other similar role
- Ability to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail, all with minimal direction
- Excellent data skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Visualization and Excel
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail in an almost annoying capacity
- Strategic, forward thinking planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data to tell stories, specifically with Keynote and Google Slides
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented matrix environment
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- A genuine love for working with people and finding creative solutions to complex problems
- High standards when it comes to being a good team player and understanding when to lead and when to follow
