They are seeking an Account Executive – Inside Sales Specialist to connect with pre-qualified prospects and guide them through the enrollment process with a consultative approach, while maintaining compliance and integrity in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Connect with pre-qualified prospects and guide them through our enrollment process with a consultative, client-first approach
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand each client's situation and recommend the right solution
- Educate clients on their debt consolidation options, navigate objections, and close enrollments
- Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM with accuracy and consistency
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity in every interaction
Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience in debt consolidation sales — this is a firm requirement
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding enrollment or revenue targets
- Strong consultative phone sales skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Working knowledge of debt consolidation industry compliance standards (IAPDA certification a plus — we'll sponsor)
- Self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable thriving in a fully remote environment
