Regional Sales Representative

Role Description: As a Regional Sales Representative, you will play a key role on the Sales team at myKaarma, working to sell myKaarma solutions to new and existing dealers. You will manage an established sales region, identify new business opportunities, and meet monthly revenue quotas. Collaborating closely with our Product Consultants and Customer Engagement teams, you will help deliver solutions that improve dealership operations and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop expertise in automotive SaaS sales, and build strong relationships within your region. Key Responsibilities:  - Collaborate with outside sales (Regional Sales Executive) partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of myKaarma’s SaaS platform. - Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly revenue goals. - Collaborate with Product Consultants to customize solution presentations that meet client needs. - Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies. - Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to help refine offerings and messaging based on client insights. - Travel up to 25% including dealer visits, trade shows, and company meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the retail automotive industry. - Familiarity with dealership fixed operations or extensive experience working with dealerships. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. - Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Solid understanding of dealership operations, customer service best practices, and software solutions. The starting salary range for this role is $67,500 + Uncapped Commission, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our dedication to competitive industry compensation.
