This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, technical selling, and territory growth.      What You'll Do:  - Develop and manage strong relationships with end users, distributors, engineering firms, and contractors - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive territory growth - Execute strategic sales plans in alignment with manufacturer goals and regional demand - Represent a portfolio of best-in-class utility and telecom products in face-to-face and virtual customer meetings - Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and hands-on training to customers - Launch new products into the market and educate stakeholders on key value propositions   - Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and generate reports using CRM tools - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies - Leverage social media and digital tools to support lead generation and brand presence in the region Your Background:  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field - Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (power utility or telecom industry preferred) - Strong knowledge of distribution channels and/or engineering firms - Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close new business - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently - Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic digital engagement tools - Must be located within assigned territory and comfortable with regional travel up to 80% - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required     The Company:  Forward Solutions is a group of service companies that help clients in evolving markets grow their business and expand into new channels.
