About This Role
As our Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will manage the entire contract-to-close process for residential real estate transactions.
You are the operational driver behind every closing.

Compensation:
$70,000 OTE Base + Bonuses
Responsibilities:
• Managing residential real estate transactions from signed contract to closing
• Reviewing contracts for compliance, signatures, and accuracy
• Setting and resetting expectations with buyers and sellers throughout the process
• Coordinating inspections, negotiated repairs, and other deadlines
• Driving title and lender communication
• Handling emotional conversations while protecting the deal
• Maintaining clean, compliant files in our CRM and document systems
• Supporting a high-volume real estate sales team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a high-volume or deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management ability
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Professional, assertive, emotionally intelligent
• 60+ WPM typing speed preferred
• Must permanently reside in the United States
