Quickbooks Online Bookkeeping and Accounting need

Hi, I run a small remodel business that does about 1-2 million in total revenue yearly. We use quickbooks online for all our bookkeeping. Certificate of quickbooks online is strongly recommended. At the end of each year we send P&L and BS to our cpa to file federal and state taxes. Our cpa does not have access or make any entries within our books. I am looking for someone who can review expense entry either weekly or bi-weekly to ensure accuracy and monthly reconciliation to include producing existing end of month financial reports that include last month closed profit loss, a year to date profit and loss comparison and an end of month balance sheet. We also use the projects function to do job costing and would like some oversight of that. Bookkeeper should have extensive knowledge on how to handle journal entries. I would be readily available to bring you up to speed on our chart of accounts and/or to answer questions on existing procedures. This would be a continuing need contract, and I do want full ownership in accuracy to numbers.
