Job Overview Seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure our luxury rental homes are perfectly prepared for guest arrivals. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering 5-star guest experiences. You will serve as the final set of eyes on each property before check-in, conducting thorough inspections and ensuring every home meets our brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Arrival Property Inspections: • Inspect properties 24–48 hours prior to guest check-in. • Verify cleanliness, staging, and proper stocking of amenities (linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies). • Test appliances, thermostats, lights, remotes, and Wi-Fi connectivity. • Identify maintenance or housekeeping deficiencies and coordinate prompt resolution. Documentation & Accountability: • Complete digital checklists and provide photo documentation for every inspection. • Track and report recurring issues to support continuous improvement. • Communicate findings to housekeeping and maintenance teams clearly and professionally. Brand Quality Assurance: • Ensure all properties reflect Alpine Edge’s high visual and functional standards. • Make suggestions for improvement based on inspection findings. Coordination & Communication: • Coordinate with operations and guest services teams to confirm properties are guest-ready. • Escalate urgent issues to ensure resolution before check-in time. Skills • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or high-end cleaning services preferred. • Keen eye for detail and high personal standards. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Tech-savvy: Able to use checklists and inspection apps on a mobile device. • Ability to work independently and reliably. • Some basic handyman skills are a plus. • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Schedule & Reporting: • Flexible scheduling with emphasis on Thursday–Sunday availability. • Reports to Operations Manager or Owner. • May involve weekend and holiday work depending on seasonal needs.
