QA & Testing Lead Analyst

Guide the team in all Automation Testing related activities and provide solution for all the technical challenges faced by the team. Consult, contribute and decide on any Automation Framework related needs. Lead the team in feasibility analysis, planning and Proof of concept on new Framework/Projects. Coordinating with offshore to plan and get the deliverables completed. Explore, collaborate and achieve required integration of Automation Framework with Test Management Tool, Reporting tool, CICD and etc. Prioritize workload based on business needs and deliver the artifacts as proposed.
