Publishing Specialist (Finance)

Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities Apply PowerPoint and Excel skills, including strong charting capabilities, to create accurate and visually clear content. Build assets using content automation platforms such as Seismic, ensuring successful output across various formats. Generate and maintain charts, graphs, templates, and exhibits. Update data, layout, formatting, design, and content within PowerPoint templates. Customize materials in alignment with design specifications and brand guidelines to ensure consistency. Analyze data to identify trends, detect variances, and ensure consistency and accuracy across large, multi-source datasets. Must-have Skills 3–5 years of professional publishing and/or copyediting experience. Intermediate Excel knowledge, with a focus on data visualization and chart creation. Solid understanding of financial and investment concepts. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge. Strong attention to detail, with strong process orientation, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage shifting priorities and unpredictable workloads while meeting deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams and business units. Nice to have: Experience using Seismic and Workfront platforms.
