Job Description:
• Own day-to-day experiential visibility and relationship management
• Manage incoming invitations and experiential opportunities for talent
• Maintain direct communication with event partners, hospitality contacts, and experiential stakeholders
• Lead targeted pitching and outreach for tentpole activations including New York Fashion Week, Art Basel, and similar cultural moments
• Build and maintain tentpole-specific contact lists based on prior experiences and strategic growth targets
• Manage and distribute newsletter to maintain warm relationships with experiential partners and industry stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive photo archive including Getty, event photography, talent-provided assets, and press images for website, social, and media use
• Track talent location and availability to optimize invitation and hospitality outreach
• Own traditional press strategy, list building, pitching, and earned media outcomes
• Develop pitch angles and narrative strategies for talent and brand positioning
• Build and continuously expand segmented media lists across traditional press, hospitality, and ad hoc visibility opportunities
• Execute traditional press pitching with structured follow-up cadence
• Lead individual talent pitching based on specific market visits, launches, or requests
• Manage award submissions and speaking applications throughout the year
• Prepare talent for press through media coaching and readiness sessions
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with editors, producers, writers, and press contacts
• Identify timely cultural angles and proactive story opportunities
• Own visibility infrastructure and operational discipline
• Maintain 100 percent accuracy across media databases, CRM, and outreach trackers
• Ensure all outreach is logged in real time
• Maintain press coverage archive and placement documentation
• Organize pitch drafts, coverage links, asset folders, and media kits
• Develop clean reporting dashboards for monthly visibility updates
• Ensure photo archive and media assets are updated daily and accessible for press and social
• Provide structured communication and advisory support to talent and internal stakeholders
• Serve as PR point of contact for talent via Basecamp
• Host office hours twice weekly with talent to refine positioning and press readiness
• Coordinate interview logistics and internal communications
• Provide strategic recommendations on visibility timing and narrative alignment
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, media, or communications
• Demonstrated experience securing traditional press placements
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital positioning
• Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• High organizational discipline and operational rigor
Benefits:
• Monthly pay of $1000 - $1200 depending on experience
