About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals. ______________ Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring clear scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams. * Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively to minimize project impact. * Track project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure adherence to deadlines. * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices. * Foster team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and motivate members to achieve project success. * Conduct project evaluations and provide post-project reports/lessons learned. ______________ Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master s degree preferred). * Proven experience 3-5 years as a Project Manager or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid). * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.). * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage. ______________ Key Competencies * Strategic thinking and problem-solving. * Strong stakeholder management. * Risk management and conflict resolution. * Budgeting and financial tracking. * Adaptability and decision-making under pressure.
