Program Manager, Inclusive Culture

Description: • Own and drive inclusive culture strategy and initiatives across DoorDash, Wolt, and partner companies • Launch and lead programs through process and product optimization, change management, communications, and stakeholder management • Merge and re-launch existing programs or conceptualize and introduce new global programs • Provide tactical, day-to-day support for global ERGs across companies • Develop and deliver program plans, business requirement documents, change management plans, communications, and post-implementation analysis • Identify and track metrics to measure program adoption and success • Integrate inclusive principles into all facets of DoorDash business • Analyze data to show impact of inclusive culture programs on core business • Productize and automate manual processes for continuous improvement and efficiency • Report to the Head of DEI & Employee Experience; option to be 100% remote within the United States Requirements: • 3+ years of Program Management experience • Experience delivering programs in a growing and complex global organization • Fluent in using AI models or LLMs to streamline workflows and processes • Strong data analysis skills to demonstrate program impact/ROI • Experience guiding or leading Employee Resource Groups • Ability to establish relationships quickly and work with cross-functional partners, including leaders • Comfortable solving open-ended problems and working in ambiguity • Ability to influence without authority • Operational excellence and strong execution skills Benefits: • 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Wellness benefits • Commuter benefits match • Paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Disability and basic life insurance • Family-forming assistance • Mental health program • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year Apply tot his job
