About the Company and the Role
Welltory is one of the world’s leading apps for health monitoring, with 16 million downloads across 130 countries. We've grown into a powerful platform with a robust architecture and proprietary algorithms based on user data — and we’re just getting started. Product is at the heart of everything we do.
We’re opening an inactive hiring funnel for Product Managers — no specific team or project just yet. We’re building a talent pool of strong candidates to stay in touch with. If you’re looking for a product environment where independence, scientific thinking, creativity, and tech-savviness are valued — we might be a good match.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of product experience — you've launched new features, tested hypotheses end-to-end, and worked closely with engineering, data, and design.
- Strong analytics skills — you understand funnels, can map out a product metrics tree, know how to independently extract the data you need and draw actionable conclusions.
- Comfort with uncertainty — you can bring structure to chaos, ask the right questions, and make decisions even when the path isn’t clear.
- Sharp product sense — you understand what truly matters for the user, where the value is, and how to make things better.
- English level B2 or higher — for communicating with users and teammates, as well as understanding research, interfaces, and best practices.
- Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools — you use them to speed up and improve your work.
Nice to have:
- Experience in HealthTech, medicine, fitness, mental wellness, or adjacent fields.
- Experience working with AI products, LLMs, mobile development, or personalization systems.
- Understanding of UI/UX and collaboration with designers.
- Background in remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale features that help people better understand their health and lifestyle — with a focus on data, motivation, and engagement.
- Run research, formulate and validate hypotheses, launch A/B tests, conduct customer development interviews, and analyze user behavior.
- Own the full feature lifecycle — from idea to release — in collaboration with engineering, design, and analytics.
- Manage the backlog, sync with other teams and products, track progress, and share outcomes.
- Help shape product strategy and propose improvements in architecture, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and tech trends to identify new growth opportunities for MAU, revenue, and user value.
What We Offer
- Flexible hours & a high-trust culture — we care about results, not clock time
- Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and stock options
- 50% hardware subsidy after 6 months
- Access to a therapist & employee support program
- Health insurance
- Support for personal learning and development
- Unlimited vacation policy
- Culture of openness, honesty, and high standards
How to Join Our Product Manager Talent Pool
This is an inactive funnel — we’re building a pipeline of talented Product Managers in advance. If your experience and interests align with our upcoming needs, we’ll be in touch. If we’re a match, here’s what the process looks like:
- A culture-fit interview with HR
- A test task (optional, based on team decision)
- A technical interview and discussion of a potential product team you could strengthen
Thank you for sharing your story — we read every one.
