Job Summary
The Principal IT Analyst / Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing technology-driven initiatives that drive business value. Essential Qualifications

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT analysis, business systems analysis, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering requirements and testing in support of high-quality, secure software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel; intermediate relational database understanding; familiarity with SQL; experience creating technical design documents; and general database or data investigation skills.
