Job Description:
• Embed in Ferguson’s operations to understand how work happens and where AI can create value
• Lead discovery through direct observation, customer interviews, and data exploration
• Map the landscape of problems worth solving across the value chain
• Build and maintain a living view of the opportunity set
• Prioritize based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Build compelling narratives connecting initiatives to measurable outcomes
• Own the product end-to-end: vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog
• Drive decisions on product development strategies
• Define success metrics and drive post-launch accountability
Requirements:
• 8+ years in product management with increasing scope and ownership
• Experience at a high-growth software company, SaaS platform, or AI-native product organization
• Proven track record of owning products end-to-end
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience with AI/ML product development
• Experience in B2B, distribution, wholesale, construction, industrial, or supply chain environments is a strong plus
• Analytical rigor paired with intellectual honesty
• Comfort with process mapping and workflow analysis
• Technical depth to assess AI/ML capabilities
• Familiarity with agile development practices
