Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Manager to scale a fast-growing AI SaaS product: Digital Interview AI, a hyper-realistic mock interview platform designed to help job seekers prepare for high-stakes interviews.
This is NOT a beginner media buyer role.
We need someone who understands:
TikTok paid acquisition
Meta retargeting architecture
YouTube intent-based ads
App + Web funnel optimization
Creative testing frameworks
Our goal: Profitable user acquisition at scale.
Platforms You Will Manage
Primary:
TikTok Ads (Top of Funnel)
Meta Ads (Retargeting + Conversion)
YouTube Ads (Search + In-Stream)
Funnel Structure:
TikTok → Web/App Landing Page
Meta → Retarget site visitors & engaged users
YouTube → Capture high-intent search traffic (mock interview, job prep, etc.)
Responsibilities
Build full-funnel paid acquisition strategy
Launch & scale TikTok conversion campaigns
Structure Meta retargeting campaigns (site visitors, video viewers, abandoned checkouts)
Launch YouTube search + in-stream campaigns
Set up proper pixel tracking + event optimization
Analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, and optimize accordingly
Coordinate creative testing (UGC, direct response, problem/solution hooks)
Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Ideal Candidate
You:
Have scaled SaaS or app products before
Understand TikTok-native creative
Know how to structure Meta retargeting properly
Have experience with YouTube search campaigns
Think in CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
Are data-driven and creative-driven
Have examples of past results
Bonus:
Experience with AI products
Experience scaling education or career-related apps
Budget
Provide proposal on how many hours you require to do a meaningful job per month. I will provide the video and text assets . I just need a media buyer to manage the ads.

My main channel for new customer acquisition will be I can start with $100 to $150 per day in Advertising spend across all three platforms...
We are looking for a long-term growth partner. Budget for media buyer will increase significantly with proven performance. Please provide proposal to start for first 90 days.
