Position Type: Partner Representative, Full-time, REMOTE 4PM-12AM M-F Within reasonable driving distance to the office
Summary:
In Touch Ministries is looking for a highly compassionate, organized, and skilled customer service agent to join the Partner Communications Department. The Partner Representative is responsible for fulfilling individual's needs via telephone. This role requires a solid understanding of customer service best practices, along with a flexible mindset and a commitment to excellence.
In office attendance is minimally required.
Qualifying candidates will be within a reasonable driving distance (@ 2 hours) to 3836 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta Ga 30340
Experience: 1-2 years' customer service experience with a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Job Functions (other duties as assigned):
• Actively listening to what partners wish to convey and responding with excellence.
• Responding to inbound telephone inquiries.
• Maintaining partner records by updating account information using data entry software.
• Processing orders, donations, and miscellaneous requests in system.
• Praying with individuals.
• Participating in training and team meetings both remotely and occasionally in office.
• Staying up to date with products and resources offered by the ministry.
• Attending coaching sessions and team building activities as requested.
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, conveying information clearly and ensuring understanding across a variety of roles and stakeholders.
Necessary Skills:
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software (required).
• DATA entry skills.

• Requires team member to be able to work 4pm-12am nightly in a quiet professional setting.

• This position requires initial in-office training and periodic in-office attendance, including monthly all staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
