Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant / Affiliate Recruiter Management

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage reviews across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and our market exposure. Responsibilities: 1. Travel Booking & Management: • Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others. • Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules. • Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed. 2. Team Expansion & Recruitment: • Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings. • Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model. • Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs. • Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction. Compensation: • Commission per successful booking. • Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
