Job Overview Under the supervision of our experienced Customer Retention Manager(s), you will act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues related to Internet Customer Service via phone. You will be the liaison to our Processing Department team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. Our comprehensive training program, which can be completed at our headquarters or via webinar, will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. The training program typically lasts for four to six weeks and is fully paid. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls on all Customer Service related inquiries, order changes, status updates, and cancellations with empathy and a focus on solving customer problems on the first call. Address customer concerns with empathy and present arenaflex in a positive light at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience. Utilize salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals and expectations, while suggesting products to customers and probing for additional information. Provide lighting and home décor solutions that are beneficial to the company and attractive to the customer, preventing customer returns and ensuring customer retention through reasonable negotiations. Demonstrate self-confidence and a desire to go the extra mile to take care of customers from start to finish, creating a positive customer experience every time. Partner with Management on escalated customer and product issues, identifying trends that may affect customer satisfaction levels and communicating them to management in measurable terms. Provide proactive, consistent follow-up to all customer inquiries via phone or email, responding to every customer email the same day. Document a complete summary of customer inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order, maintaining standards set forth by our QA program. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or retail background, with call center experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate details to customers in a professional and calm manner. Computer literate, with the ability to navigate through programs and windows, and excellent typing and data entry skills. Able to multi-task, such as talking on the phone and typing notes simultaneously, and effective problem-solving skills. Must be available to work Saturdays, with regular job attendance required in accordance with a regular schedule established for the position by the supervisor. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or home-based customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of lighting and home décor products, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. Experience with QA programs and a strong understanding of quality standards and metrics.
