Part Time Recruiter

Job Description EST or CT candidates ONLY... Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various contract positions within the organization. Hiring ASAP • **Must have remote work experience and home office setup*** This is a fully remote position; no travel is required. Responsibilities: • Full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles (hourly, salary, & commission) throughout the organization, including but not limited to, nurses, therapists, physicians, IT, sales, marketing, business development, call center, and administrative • Post job descriptions, evaluate and select applicants from various job boards/ATS • Conduct thorough phone screens/interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and job requirements • Proactively source, build, and maintain a pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates through various recruiting and sourcing techniques • Update candidate records/communication in ATS, provide follow-up to candidates and hiring managers • Present quality candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, hire, and work with HR to send and gather on-boarding paperwork • Utilize LinkedIn, social media, job sites, and other means to locate appropriate candidates Qualifications: • AA Degree preferred • Minimum 1+ years recruiting experience • Healthcare industry experience a plus • Must be comfortable with outbound and inbound calls • Experience with job boards (ZipRecruiter & Indeed) a plus • Cold calling experience a plus • ATS or CRM experience a plus • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel) & Google Mail, Docs, Calendar • Remote work experience required • This is a fully remote position; no travel is required. • 20 hours per week • 3 month contract with potential for FTE Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Schedule: • 4 hour shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
